Description We are seeking to add a Network and Systems Integration Specialist to our team in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. This role is pivotal in the IT industry, focusing on the seamless integration and management of networking systems and platforms. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to act as the primary liaison for IT networking issues, oversee the implementation of network-related solutions, and manage key IT projects. Responsibilities: • Act as the primary point of contact and liaison for all IT networking issues, ensuring smooth operations and prompt resolution of issues. • Collaborate with stakeholders to facilitate the execution of a project for the full adoption of Microsoft 365 environment. • Bring innovative ideas to the table, understand project requirements, and work on building solutions. • Lead the implementation or oversee the project management of network-related solutions, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. • Oversee the integration and management of SharePoint with other business systems, focusing on improving workflow processes. • Serve as the primary point of contact for Salentica/Salesforce CRM, managing its integration with other systems and ensuring efficient use across the organization. • Collaborate with outside consultants, service providers, and CRM teams to ensure seamless data flow and functionality between systems. • Take ownership of key IT projects, ensuring they are completed within scope and aligned with business objectives. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met and issues are addressed promptly. • Manage the integration between SharePoint and other business systems, ensuring smooth collaboration with external consultants and stakeholders.
