Position Overview:
Under the guidance of the Talent Management Director, the Talent & OD Program Manager will leverage expertise in talent management, employee onboarding, succession planning, and organizational development to implement effective programs that drive performance and align with our business goals
Key Responsibilities:
Partner with HR colleagues and business leaders to develop and implement strategies, tools, and programs that foster engagement, performance, and growth within the organizationOversee the execution of key talent processes, including goal setting, performance check-ins, and talent reviewsAlign talent management practices with business objectives to support organizational successLead key talent management initiatives, such as Performance Management, Succession Planning, High Potential (HIPO) talent identification, 9-Box assessments, and talent calibrationDeploy tailored talent solutions across dealership operations to ensure relevance and impactCollaborate on the design and delivery of learning and development initiatives that drive knowledge transfer and business outcomes, with a focus on high-potential talent development (e.g., stretch assignments, action learning)Work closely with HR partners to assess leadership and organizational development needs and create programs that support employee growthDevelop and refine competency models and identify current and future capability needs aligned with business functionsPartner with HR Managers and business stakeholders to define career pathways, performance management frameworks, and succession planning processes
Required Skills and Experience:
Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field7+ years of progressive experience in Talent Management, Leadership Development, and/or Organization DevelopmentProven expertise in designing and implementing talent development programsDemonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple projectsStrong leadership, program management, and project management skillsKnowledge of performance management, adult learning theory, and change management principlesExperience in conducting needs analysis and crafting competency modelsExpertise in designing and delivering development programs that support organizational growthExperience in leading change management initiativesAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft ExcelExceptional written and verbal communication skills for clear, effective collaboration with stakeholdersStrong ability to interface with HR colleagues, business leaders, and management teams
Preferred Skills and Experience:
Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS), Workday, eLearning tools, and other relevant technologies
