Driveway Accounting Team

The Title and Registration Coordinator I is the key link between Driveway, the selling dealership and the coordination of activities related to completion of the DMV/title paperwork on the car deal. Successful individuals will possess a high attention to detail, quality communication skills and a focus on customer satisfaction, building strong relationships internally and with the dealership teams.

The Title and Registration Coordinator I reports to the Driveway DMV Manager.

Responsibilities

Facilitate each transaction between Driveway and the selling dealershipProcess all transaction paperwork, with a high level of detail and accuracyVerify all customer documents as necessaryMaintain solid operational controls

Skills and Qualifications

Previous DMV experience preferredPrevious experience with New and Used Car Title and Licensing experience preferredSense of urgency and strong attention to detailExcellent communication
