Role Description

The Team Member is responsible for ensuring we are delivering timely and providing accurate information to all participants. Team Member should possess good learning agility and shows flexibility as per the business needs. Collaborating with the team members to achieve individual and team goals.

Key Responsibilities

Ensuring proper documentation and following standard operating procedure.Ensure completion of aligned work timely and with accuracy.Able to practice logical reasoning and critical thinking.Able to comprehend and deliverShows flexibility to adapt to the changing needs of the businessParticipation in training sessions, presentations and meetingsContribution to the smooth operations and in day-to-day dutiesAlignment to process as per business requirement.

Eligibility Criteria

Bachelor’s degree in B.Com, B.A, BBA (No Full time MBA/MCA/B Tech/BE/B Ed)0-2 years of work experienceGood verbal and written communication skills.Work morning/evening as per business requirementBasic computer knowledge (MS-Office, Excel)
