T3 Program Analyst
T3 Program Analyst   Job Description Summary: D&G  is seeking a Program Analyst to support the CISA Office of Strategy, Policy, and Plans (SPP). CISA SPP promotes integration of policy and strategy across all CISA's mission areas. The Program Analyst will effectively plan and track multiple, concurrent tasking priorities in the Executive Secretariat queue while also ensuring clear and concise communication throughout the lifecycle of the task based upon the audience and requirement.  Roles & Responsibilities:   + Review incoming correspondence, leverage CISA mission knowledge and experience to validate and perform duties required to track, complete, and close tasks. + Develop draft business process and executive secretariat Standard Operating Procedures for Government approval. + Identify, recommend, and implement process improvements; provide input into support response development to questions regarding taskings; provide quality control review on all documents and support to executive secretariat enterprise-wide personnel. + Facilitate, coordinate, and support logistics requirements of SPP wide activities, including allhands meetings, team building events, and reoccurring sync meetings. + Develop a business process gap analysis and recommendation report for Government approval by continuously collecting and analyzing performance data to identify trends, augmented by stakeholder interviews, to identify the need for business process improvements. Requirements:   + A Bachelor’s degree in a related field. + 3-5 years of experience supporting federal program and policy management services, policy and strategy analysis, knowledge management, and correspondence and task management.  Eligibility Requirements:   + Possess DHS Suitability. + This role is restricted to U.S. person(s) (ie., U.S. citizens, permanent residents and other protected individuals under the immigration and Naturalization Act, 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3))    Location:    + Hybrid: 3x per week onsite at client location in Arlington, VA.
