T4 Program Analyst
T4 Program Analyst  Job Description Summary: D&G is seeking a Program Analyst to support the CISA Office of Strategy, Policy, and Plans (SPP). CISA SPP promotes integration of policy and strategy across all CISA's mission areas. The Program Analyst will assist in the identification and integration of new technologies and data governance efforts that mature agency capability and improve data availability and utility across the Agency. Roles & Responsibilities:   + Provide strategy and logistics support for the CISA Technology Council and Data Steward related initiatives to identify, communicate, and integrate, as appropriate, emerging technologies and enterprise data management improvements. + Develop and maintain project plans and schedules for the development of CISA strategies, supporting plans, and priority initiatives, as required. + Support the execution of the business processes for the CISA Strategic Repository and leverage the Strategic Repository to support development of the CISA Strategies, supporting plans, and priority initiatives. + Provide administrative support, including, but not limited to, task management, meeting management, note-taking, management of SPP’s AOP Team inbox, and information management. + Draft communications in support of developing and implementing CISA Strategies, supporting plans, and priority initiatives. + Support the development, integration and coordination of business processes and management tools for the oversight of the development, implementation, maintenance, monitoring, and assessment of CISA strategies. Requirements:   + A Bachelor’s degree in a related field. + 3-5 years of experience supporting federal program and policy management services, policy and strategy analysis, knowledge management, and correspondence and task management.  Eligibility Requirements:   + TS/SCI Security Clearance + This role is restricted to U.S. person(s) (ie., U.S. citizens, permanent residents and other protected individuals under the immigration and Naturalization Act, 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3))      Location:    + Hybrid: 3x per week onsite at client location in Arlington, VA.
