TA Audit Specialist

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY

Oversees all aspects of client compliance requirements in the recruitment stage. Perform daily, weekly, by-weekly, and monthly audits to ensure that all tasks and processes are completed in accordance with internal requirements. This includes monitoring of document compliance completion, assessment completed date, schedules in the offer letter aligned with requirements from training and operations, and the like. Business Process and Quality Improvement. Assists with both internal and external audits. Trains employees on efficiently tracking and archiving new hire documentation and on how to ensure validity and integrity of the documents. Audits the files created by the recruitment team and ensures that all required documents are correct in the employee  file and ensures the timely delivery of the information over to the corresponding departments.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE!

•6+ months of previous experience in  TA-related field,  or in admin/Back Office position, required. •Flexibility and versatility in problem analysis and resolution requiring highly attention to detail skills. •Ability to analyze and interpret qualitative and quantitative data •Advanced English level required (B2 or above) with  excellent written, and oral communication skills. •Strong organizational and strategic planning skills. Microsoft Office proficiency. •On-Site position, schedule flexibility, including occasional weekends are required. •3 months tenure in current position and no deviations or disciplinary actions on record.   Open to all GDL associates.
