TA Compliance Analyst
Description We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Compliance Analyst to support the Talent Acquisition team at John Deere in maintaining regulatory compliance with federal guidelines, particularly those set by the Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP). The successful candidate will play a key role in running critical compliance reports, supporting audit requests, and ensuring adherence to OFCCP regulations, including outreach efforts, pay transparency, and disability accommodations. Key Responsibilities: + Generate candidate pool reports for EEO-1 and Affirmative Action Plan (AAP) reporting. + Support audit requests from the Talent Acquisition team to ensure compliance with federal regulations. + Assist Region 4 in maintaining compliance with OFCCP regulations, including data collection, labor posters, pay transparency, and disability accommodations. + Collaborate with legal teams and consultants to research and address OFCCP-related inquiries and compliance issues. + Manage and process permanent residency requisitions. + Perform routine reporting tasks, such as generating Open Req Reports and DP Posting Reports. + Audit Talent Acquisition processes to ensure compliance with established guidelines and regulatory standards. Requirements Required Skills & Qualifications: + A minimum of 3 years of demonstrated experience working with OFCCP compliance guidelines. + Proven experience working within Talent Acquisition and Compliance functions. + Ability to follow established process documentation and ensure strict adherence to regulatory requirements. + Strong proficiency in Excel, particularly in creating and managing pivot tables for reporting purposes. + Experience handling sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism. + Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. + Effective communication and problem-solving abilities, especially when handling compliance inquiries. + Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
