As a TA Coordinator Intern, you will help us with interview coordination. We want someone who is a self-starter, passionate about technology, and excited to learn something new. We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Talent Acquisition (TA) Coordinator to support the recruitment lifecycle. The TA Coordinator will work closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates to ensure a seamless and efficient recruitment process. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and a passion for delivering an excellent candidate experience.  Recruitment Support:Coordinate and schedule interviews, including phone, video, and in-person meetings, across time zones.Communicate interview details to candidates and hiring managers, ensuring clarity and timeliness.Manage changes to schedules efficiently, providing timely updates to all stakeholders.Candidate Management:Act as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process.Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing clear communication and timely updates.Collect and manage candidate documentation, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.Systems and Reporting:Maintain accurate data in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), ensuring all candidate records are up-to-date.Generate reports and metrics related to recruitment activity, pipeline progress, and time-to-fill.Collaborate with HR and hiring teams to ensure smooth transitions for new hires.Administrative Support:Support recruiters with administrative tasks, such as posting job advertisements and managing job board accounts.Coordinate logistics for recruitment events, including career fairs and on-campus hiring initiatives.Process Improvement:Identify opportunities to streamline recruitment processes and enhance efficiency.Contribute to projects aimed at improving candidate experience and employer branding.
