Arrow Electronics invites applicants for the role of Talent Acquisition Specialist on the America’s Talent Acquisition team, supporting our Mexico recruitment initiatives across North America.

This position will follow a hybrid schedule with 3 days in the office, 2 days remote.
What You’ll Be Doing
Perform full scale enterprise level talent acquisition from market sizing/scoping and requirements gathering through the final candidate hire stage.Responsible for all aspects of the Talent Acquisition Lifecycle, including Sourcing, Outreach, Engagement, Application, Interview, and subsequent Offer and New Hire stages.Manage recruitment processes for hiring activities by working closely with Recruiting Consultants, Hiring Managers, HR Partners and both internal and external candidatesCoordination of Interview Scheduling, Offers, and other Pre-Employment processesExternal Vendor management, ensuring Service Level Agreements are met, identifying opportunities for improvementConsult and support the development and deployment of Employer Brand, social media, Reporting, Recruitment Technology, Compliance/Diversity and Training strategiesPartner with local and global counterparts to align best-practices, processes, programs, and systems for continuous improvement and Global standardization. Dashboard tracking and recruiting metric preparation and analysisWhat We Are Looking For
Bilingual Spanish/English4+ years of experience and knowledge of recruitingExceptional understanding of sourcing practices including search engines, Boolean strings, Proactive sourcing of candidates using job boards and/or social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed.com, Slack, Meetup, Stack Overflow, OCC Mundial Computrabajo, and Networking with universities or any other sources for talent.Desire for leadership & growth potential or prior experience leading, mentoring, or developing internal teams.Bachelor’s DegreeStrong reporting and data analysis skillsSkilled in business acumen with experience partnering with business leaders to assess talent needs and develop talent strategies leveraging data insightsHistory working with enterprise level Applicant Tracking Systems such as Workday (Preferred)Full life cycle recruiting experience in a corporate environment (Nice to Have)What's In It for You
