TA Team Lead for Poland & Baltics

Location: Warsaw, Poland

Work model is hybrid and we ask to be in the office 3 days/week.

As our new TA Team Lead for Poland & Baltics, you'll be a key player in the CEE TA leadership team, instrumental in shaping the future of snacking in Central and Eastern Europe. Be part of the team that brings beloved brands like Milka, Oreo, Prince Polo, and Delicje to snack lovers all over the world!

Your responsibilities will include:

Whipping up and serving the Talent Acquisition agenda for Poland & Baltics, hitting all the key KPIs.Leading, motivating, and developing a team of superstar recruiters (5-6 direct reports).Collaborating with Business and HR Managers to understand business priorities, and teaming up with other internal TA groups to ensure a candidate experience that's sweeter than chocolate.Driving the Employer Branding agenda in the region to boost our delicious employer profile among external audiences.Cooking up fresh market insights and leading exciting TA initiatives (sessions, workshops, etc.) with your team to contribute to our overall business success.

What You Need to Be Successful:

Experience in managing, coaching, and developing a team—you're the head chef in this kitchen!A strong TA background and understanding of key TA KPIs—previous recruitment agency experience is the cherry on top!Experience in one of the following: FMCG, manufacturing, supply chain, or commercial sectors.Stellar stakeholder management skills and the ability to communicate effectively with Business Leaders.Thinking outside the box, proactivity, and a can-do attitude—we love creative problem solvers, sharp and smart.Excellent communication skills, sprinkled with transparency, openness, and respect.Full professional proficiency in English.
