Role Overview: LinkedIn’s Talent Acquisition team is searching for a Program Manager to assist with managing the performance of our Agile Resource Model (ARM) vendor program. ARM is a new strategic initiative being implemented by TA to create a more adaptable and responsive recruiting model that aligns 3rd party vendor resources with fluctuating hiring demands. The TA Vendor Solutions, Program Manager is a pivotal new role for us, reporting directly to the ARM Sr. Manager. This role will be responsible for managing and optimizing the performance of recruitment vendors to ensure their teams meet our hiring goals and maintain our standards of excellence. This role will enable the vendor’s success by supporting onboarding, coaching, relationship building, and executing operational processes. Key Responsibilities: + Monitoring Performance: Oversee key vendor performance metrics, providing insightful recruiting analytics to TA leadership to inform strategic decisions. + Vendor Onboarding & Coaching: Lead the onboarding process for vendor team leads and representatives, ensuring adherence to LinkedIn TA hiring standards and fostering continuous improvement. + End-User Collaboration: Partner closely with end users, including TA managers, recruiters, and vendor resources, to deeply understand their challenges and needs. Leverage this insight to implement targeted solutions that address identified gaps to enhance recruitment processes. + Weekly Business Reviews: Conduct rigorous weekly business reviews with vendors to maintain high performance standards and collaborate with TA leadership on actionable mitigation plans to achieve hiring targets. + Relationship Building: Establish and nurture influential, trusted partnerships with internal teams and vendor sales management, offering support, sharing best practices, and advising on TA strategy and market trends. + Innovative Solutions: Identify and implement innovative, scalable solutions to enhance hiring outcomes, staying ahead of industry trends and leveraging data-driven insights. + Collaboration with Central Teams: Work closely with central teams to manage vendor operations and execute new scopes of work under the Master Service Agreement. + Cost Management: Partner with the FP&A team to forecast, track, and review the fixed and variable recruitment vendor costs. + Knowledge Sharing: Facilitate knowledge transfers and process optimization with vendor partners, ensuring seamless integration and alignment with our TA objectives. Basic Qualifications: + 7+ years of experience in talent acquisition, external staffing, or vendor management. Preferred Qualifications: + Deep understanding of the talent acquisition industry, with the ability to design and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet organizational goals. + Experience maintaining Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) or vendor partnership in various states of maturity, with a proven track record of driving commitments and managing performance to meet recruitment targets. + Proficiency in analyzing recruitment input/output metrics, identifying performance gaps, and developing strategies to improve hiring outcomes. + Experience in establishing and maintaining a regular cadence of partnership reviews (weekly, monthly, quarterly) with stakeholders to assess performance metrics and refine recruitment strategies. + Experience designing and delivering training programs for recruitment teams. + Ability to effectively manage time, prioritize tasks and work within deadlines with little supervision. + Advanced communication, organizational, presentation, and client-service skills. + Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor. The total compensation package for this position may also include annual performance bonus, stock, benefits and/or other applicable incentive compensation plans.
