TAB Technician

In this role, you will perform critical fieldwork, leading by example to ensure that all TAB projects meet the highest standards. You will also have the opportunity to develop your leadership and management skills. This role requires a commitment to excellence and a passion for learning and growth.
Primary Responsibilities:
Perform Testing, Adjusting, and Balancing work on various HVAC systems in accordance with AABC and/or NEBB standards
Inspect systems to verify compliance with plans and specifications and to detect existing malfunctions in system components
Adjust systems for meeting the required settings through performance testing
Testing the performance of air and hydronic systems
Read and interpret project mechanical drawings, specifications, and equipment performance data to determine proper balancing techniques and project management approaches
Prepare each project by conducting a system design review and assembling the required test forms for documentation purposes
Maintain proper documentation of daily activities using project specific reporting procedures.
