Compensation: $22.50/hr

SUMMARY:  

To ensure game integrity enforcing policies and procedures while promoting positive team member and guest relations.  

Ensure game integrity and that dealing policies and procedures are followed Operate the table games software  Monitor table activity and guest play ensuring compliance with Title 31 guidelines  Correct dealer errors and settle player disputes  Evaluate dealers performance on an on-going basis Initiate and verify fills and credits for tables IDEAL CANDIDATES HAVE:Required: High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience Knowledge of all Treasure Island's Table Games  A high attention to detail and accuracy The ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities Strong computer skills Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook) and Windows XP  Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills  Excellent problem solving skills  The ability to interact with guests, coworkers and management in a professional and courteous manner Preferred: Previous supervisory experience  Proven knowledge of basic strategy and (+) and (-) count system  Treasure Island dealing experience Apply Now Save this job Share: Email Tweet Facebook LinkedIn
