One to three years’ experience as a Dealer in lieu of high school diploma and/or College Degree Possession of, and ability to obtain and maintain a Gaming License Must have basic math skills Competent in Microsoft Office Strong problem solving and coaching skills Ability to use diplomacy and tact to build constructive and effective relationships, including during high-tension situations STAY IN THE GAME.
