ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

Open and close table games in assigned area verifying count as provided by the Dealer. Inspect card decks prior to play. Track and record player buy-ins, wins, losses and bet amounts. Monitor bets and payouts are correct as needed. Complete rating cards for players. Initiate and verify fills to tables. Process player requests for credit and extend to guest upon approval. Investigate and resolve guest complaints or concerns in accordance with standard procedures. Coordinates player ratings and customer cash transactions. Responsible for stocking supplies and all pit forms. Serves as Box person on Craps games. Other duties as assigned. 1-2 years of supervisory experience preferred Must be 21 years or older.
