THE JOB:

The SHOW comes alive at MGM Resorts International. As a Table Games Floor Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising the operation and conduct of assigned table games personnel to include monitoring guest flow and reconciling table accounts.  In your role, you will partner with other departments to create WOW memories our guests will carry with them far and beyond their stay with us.

DAY TO DAY:

Manage performance of dealers to ensure that each game is dealt to the customer with a high degree of proficiency and that superior guest service is providedMonitor guest flow and notify management when adjustments to open games are neededReconcile table accounting accurately and with integrity and maintain card/dice and all gaming equipmentVerify the accuracy of all documents and ensure that all procedures are adhered toMaintain proper bankroll levels to accommodate existing or anticipated playNotify table games management immediately of any unusual activity in high limit play or if damaged/tampering of equipment is suspectedWork with a PAY team of enthusiastic people in a FUN and fast-paced environment to achieve company goalsMaintain the appearance and safety of both the interior and exterior of our propertyAdvise management of any unusual conditions and perform all assigned duties during emergency situations

THE STARTING PAY: $27.04

A GREAT CANDIDATE:

Previous experience supervising/managing table games dealers in a casino establishmentAbility to work any shift including weekends, holidays, and eveningsHas high energy and positive attitudeHas strong communication skillsHas high attention to detailHas strong knowledge of health and safety regulationsCan handle multiple tasks at one time
