SummaryThis position is responsible for managing and directing all Table Games staff engaged in providing services to patrons during assigned shift operation activities. Provide outstanding customer service to guests and all other employees by exceeding our mission statement. Lead by example and carry out our Five Star Experience to Guests and all Team Members by fulfilling our Mission Statement, Service Promise and following department service standards. This entails consistency performing our service expectations of: Welcoming, Proactive, Seamless, Personalized and Valued. Continually coach and support Team Members to ensure they have the skills, tools and resources to successfully complete their jobs, including the delivering of the Five Star Experience expectations. Maintain integrity of operations directly and through subordinates. Accountable and responsible for the protection of assets of the casino. Prepare and assign rotation of Dealers and Supervisors per established guidelines. Ensure player ratings are completed accurately, consistently, and according to established guidelines. Execute Progressive Jackpot documents and payments. Analyze and issue player complimentary requests per established guidelines. Implements approved departmental Internal Controls, policies and procedures. Analyze gaming activities during shift and raises and/or lowers table betting limits as business needs dictate. Analyze gaming activities during shift and opens and/or closes table as business needs dictate. Manages and adjusts to obtain optimum efficiency during peak and slow periods during a shift. Monitors performance of staff ensuring guests are served according to established guidelines and in compliance with internal controls, policies and procedures. Handle customer disputes and overpayments. Analyze situation and make decision based on circumstances. Complete required forms when necessary. Responsible for compliance with all Title 31 requirements. Maintain integrity of all casino promotions as they pertain to Table Games. Responsible for training and development of Dealers and Supervisors. Assure that Table Games area looks neat, clean, organized and inviting. Keep Shift Manager informed of activities and incidents during shift. Develop, maintain and nurture a positive work environment. Responsible for maintaining a disciplined environment and implement practices that promote safety, quality and productivity. Ensure compliance with all Minimum Internal Control Standards (MICS) as well as all Tribal Internal Control Standards (TICS). Present a positive image of the Tribal organization to its guests and vendors and to assist them as required. Must follow all safety policies and procedures and attend all scheduled safety meetings and training as a condition of employment. Able to make difficult decisions in a fair and honest manner. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Perform any other duties that may be assigned from time to time, including supervising the section or running the shift in the absence of Shift Manager. Supervisory ResponsibilitiesDirectly and through the floor staff supervises the subordinate staff of the department.
Develops and maintains a positive work environment by implementing the organization's vision, policies, procedures, internal controls and applicable laws with leadership and enthusiasm. Motivate the staff as a team and with consideration of their individual talents through positive and corrective disciplinary actions.
Communicate information and concern through the chain of command.
Establish and maintain game integrity and achieves optimum game protection through observation, game supervision and the sharing of gaming knowledge and skills.
Maintain inventory controls and proper internal audit procedures.
Carry out supervisory responsibilities which include but are not limited to interviewing and training employees, planning, assigning and directing work, appraising performance, rewarding and disciplining employees, addressing complaints and resolving problems.
QualificationsEducation And Experience (Must Be Documented) High School Diploma (or GED). Two (2) years (or equivalent) Supervisory/Management experience in retail, travel stop, convenience store, grocery, or department store management. Intermediate level in computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel). Food Safety Certification and Responsible Beverage Server Certification preferred. Able to troubleshoot and diagnose equipment issues. Willingness to learn and work as part of a team. Attention to detail and a strong work ethic. Effective communication skills. Certification, Licenses And Any Additional Requirements Must be 21 years of age or older. Must pass periodic random drug screens. Must be able to pass background suitability investigation. Must obtain a Tribal Gaming License. Must obtain all other applicable certifications and licenses. Must provide proof of eligibility to work in the United States within 72 hours of employment. The employee is occasionally required use repetitive movements to complete tasks. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus. Employee may be occasionally required to work in low light conditions, and may be exposed to loud noise for extended periods.

Multiple locations. Must be able to work in all extreme weather conditions. Some enterprises are open 24 hours per day, 7 days per week; therefore, you must be flexible to work any and all hours. Must be available for emergency calls 24/7. Must be available to work weekend and holidays. Some enterprises are gaming facilities. Some enterprises are not a smoke-free environment. Surveillance cameras and audio equipment monitor the premises recording activity throughout most of the facilities on 24 hours per day, 7 days per week basis.
