**Job Title: Table Welder** **Job Description** We are seeking a skilled Table Welder with 1 year of experience in Mig welding. The primary focus will be on welding carbon steel, though occasional projects may require work with aluminum and stainless steel. The role involves reading blueprints, operating torches for cutting and repair, and pre-assembling and welding parts delivered to your table. Fabrication experience is a plus. **Responsibilities** + Perform Mig welding on carbon steel, with occasional aluminum and stainless steel work. + Read and interpret blueprints for various welding projects. + Operate torches to cut and repair welds as needed. + Pre-assemble and weld parts delivered to the table. + Ensure the quality and integrity of welded pieces. + Participate in occasional 1-off projects as required. **Essential Skills** + 1 year of Mig welding experience. + Proficiency in welding carbon steel. + Ability to read and interpret blueprints. + Experience operating welding torches. + Basic fabrication skills. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with aluminum and stainless steel welding. + Knowledge of Tig welding. + Understanding of welding small parts on table tops. **Why Work Here?** Enjoy job stability with no layoffs and plenty of overtime opportunities, including Saturdays. Two shifts are available: 1st shift from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM and 2nd shift from 3:30 PM to 11:30 PM. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of OLATHE, Kansas. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $22.00 Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
