Job description
Shift Managers are responsible for driving guest satisfaction, training employees, meeting financials, and ensuring food safety and safety plus cleanliness standards
Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

+ Leading your Team to achieve their goals
+ Interaction with customers providing excellent customer service,and resolving customer issues.
+ Training and motivating team members.
