Currently to our Tactical Hub team we are looking for a person with experience in Procurement field and speaking Spanish.

 

What will you be doing?
Source materials/services of mid-value cost per demand or purchase request (15kCHF to 50kCHF) on a regional or local level for dedicated categories, in accordance with company’s current demand, sourcing strategies and corporate sustainability programs. Lead or participate in the negotiation process and conclude deals & contracts in accordance with delegated responsibility.  Secure compliance of procurement processes based on regulatory guidelines and support in audit activities; raise any risk if found and work with management team to mitigate it.  Conduct market research and proactively find new suppliers and alternative sourcing concepts. Act as a Key-Users Lead for eProcurement orders by providing close and regular support to Key-Users in BUs and Sus and instructing them about eProcurement processes based on Best Practice. Lead implementation and rollouts of eProcurement in new countries . Drive major changes and central upgrade of eProcurement system within the region of responsibility.  


 
What are we looking for?
University degree in Business Administration, Economics Sciences or in International Trade Minimum 2 years of experience in Procurement or Supply Chain Desired working experience in a SSC/BPO environment SAP Module knowledge Good knowledge of Excel, Word, Outlook Strong analytical and negotiation skills Knowledge of sourcing strategies and market evaluation Project Management experience would be an asset Language skills: Working with Customers: English and Spanish min. B2 as a must
