Tactical Training Mission Coordinator
Job Description Insight Global is seeking a Tactical Training Mission Coordinator. The LVC Operations Mission Coordinator, Pacific will work at the Tactical Training Group-Pacific (TTGP), supporting the Naval Surface Warfare Center-Corona (NSWC-Corona) in delivering Navy LVC training across PACFLT Areas of Responsibility (AORs). Responsibilities include planning and executing Fleet Synthetic Training (FST) events for ships pier side and at sea, supporting training events at various locations including TTGP-Detachment Yokosuka, Japan, and interacting with military, government, and contractor leadership. The candidate will serve as NSWC-Coronas NCTE FST/LVC technical and operations Subject Matter Expert (SME) and report to the Fleet Synthetic Training Mission Coordinator Lead. U.S. Citizenship may be required for certain positions. Flexibility is required as duties may be adjusted to meet business, customer, and contractual requirements. Skills and Requirements 5 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field OR 3 years relevant experience with Masters in related field OR High School Diploma or equivalent and 9 years relevant experience Knowledge of Confluence and JIRA tools Provide Expert level of support for multiple NSWC Corona sites supporting FST-A events. 5+ years military experience Able to work late hours when required, and have flexibility to adjust working hours to accommodate the needs of the customer *Secret Security Clearance with the ability to obtain a Top Secret clearance. Construct of Operational and Tactical Levels of Warfare events to include live, virtual, and constructive Experience in Navy Fleet Synthetic Training event or programs , or Tactical Training Range operations and management.
