In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and processing title transactions, inspections, and reports to ensure smooth and efficient operations. **Essential Job Functions:** + Prepare, process, and correct all title transactions accurately and efficiently. + Apply for duplicate titles or lost tags when needed. + Stay up-to-date with DMV regulations and ensure practices align with current requirements. + Provide the Accounting and Wholesale Departments with copies of titles as requested. + Attend all company-required meetings. + Perform additional responsibilities as needed. **Qualifications and Experience:** + **Attention to Detail:** Strong ability to follow up thoroughly and ensure accuracy. + **Organizational Skills:** Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously. + **Experience:** Previous experience as a Tag & Title Clerk preferred. + **Communication Skills:** Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication. + **Language:** Ability to speak, read, write, and comprehend English fluently. **Education:** + High School Diploma or equivalent required. + **Notary Certification** preferred.
