Actively participating in and positively contributing to each function you are assigned to, as well as each step of the programmeFully attending all activities, including induction and your four rotationsProviding support to the event team as needed, keeping in mind a ‘team player’ mentalityTaking an active role in all learning activities across the programmeQualificationsThe Tahaluf Graduate Development programme is open to fresh/or recent graduates with a bachelor’s degree (no specific academic major is required). The programme will be in English, so you will need to be able to demonstrate excellent written and spoken English and have at least a 3.3 GPA upon your graduation.
