Responsibilities:Coordinate and manage the overall semiconductor plant expansion project.Plan and complete the expansion of power, HVAC, water treatment, and gas/chemical supply systems.Successfully implement project strategies by coordinating with various departments and external contractors.Develop and manage project budgets to ensure efficient use of resources.Monitor construction progress and strictly resolve technical issues during the construction process.Align all engineering activities with safety and environmental regulations to ensure compliance.Qualifications & Skills:Proven experience in managing large-scale construction projects.Outstanding leadership and project management abilities.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to strictly adhere to deadlines.Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams.Capability to identify project needs and complete plans flawlessly.Education and Experience:Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management, preferably in a semiconductor or high-tech industry.Demonstrated experience in managing budgets and project timelines.Familiarity with safety and environmental regulations in construction.
