Join Takeda's Finance Co-Op Program

About Us

Takeda is one of the largest pharmaceutical companies in the world, with over $30 billion in revenue. We have a global presence, with operations in Asia Pacific, the Middle East, Europe, South and Central America, and the United States.

About the Program

We are seeking five highly motivated and detail-oriented students to join our Finance Co-Op Program for a six-month program starting July 2025. As a Finance Co-Op, you will gain hands-on experience in corporate finance and accounting, with opportunities to develop your skills in financial reporting and planning, business analysis and decision support, and manufacturing and cost accounting.

The Finance Co-Op provides aspiring finance and accounting professionals with a unique experience in corporate finance and accounting. Over the course of the 6-month program, Co-Ops sharpen their skills through a variety of experiences including ownership of daily responsibilities, participation in special projects, and completion of a cross-functional community service project. Assignments are designed to challenge Co-Ops to learn, adapt, and add value to their teams. Finance co-ops who excel in the Program will be considered for future other full-time finance positions as they are available.

Each Finance Co-Op is assigned a peer mentor to help introduce them to Takeda’s corporate culture and the values and goals of the finance department. Through formal training and on-the-job experiences, the Finance leadership team is committed to developing Finance Co-Op’s financial, leadership and teamwork skills while exposing them to Takeda’s technologies, product lines and global markets.
