As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will be responsible for Engineering associated with the manufacturing process of turbomachinery mechanical components. You will develop and oversee all production activities, suggesting improvements in products, processes and procedures.
As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will be responsible for:
Defining manufacturing cycle for production process including development and definition of tooling and equipment.Exchanging data and information with supporting functions like sales, engineering, planning, quality and maintenance;Leading cost out activity, qualification process for both internal process and external supplier;Supporting during internal/external customer/supplier University visit to the plant;Improving CAM process working with internal external engineering resource to develop machining part programming;Creating, validating and reviewing manufacturing working cycle;Evaluating manufacturing procedures and shaping strategic projects to improve processes capabilities, quality, fulfillment, safety and productivity;Creating, and reviewing Operative Instruction to provide all required information to the operator line;Performing jobs estimation costs in the preliminary project phase;Updating Handbook in relation to internal workload and Mix Farm in / Farm out according to sales volume forecast;Preparing material and lead productivity review with executive team that are periodically arranged.Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will:
Hold a degree from an accredited university or college in engineering field;Show excellent technical drawing skills;Show good problem-solving, process improvement and analytical skillsHave excellent oral and written communication skills, be fluent in English and Italian;experience CAD or CAM tool is a desired skills;able to work in team;able to work on multiple project at same time;Be open to innovative ideas and passionate to new technologies;Be able to work in EU with no restrictionsWork in a way that works for you
