Job Summary

The Talent Administrator is responsible for the day-to-day administrative support of the full-cycle Talent Acquisition team.   

Duties and Responsibilities Assist with requisitions and post internal and external job communications as well as work on posting strategies (including the use of social media) to ensure a qualified and inclusive candidate pool.    Proactively work to initiate and implement talent acquisition campaigns to build candidate pipelines for present and future key and niche positions. Staying abreast of all new and emerging talent acquisition trends and communication vehicles.   Ensure all talent acquisition campaigns are in compliance with federal and state regulations and align with best practices.  Assist with the reviewing of incoming applicants and assist with phone screening for skill set assessment and cultural fit when necessary, and present the qualified candidates to the appropriate Talent Acquisition partner.  Disposition all candidates appropriately.   Handle all scheduling of potential candidates.  Manage UGI Corporation’s Preferred Vendor Program for contingent, retained and temporary agencies.  Assist with contingent worker management including but not limited to, adding agency providers to the system, inputting tickets, work with hiring managers on temporary needs, reaching out to staffing firms, and working on all IT Requests for agency providers.  Develop and report metrics such as conversion rates, diversity mix, etc. Coordinate activities with the Talent Acquisition team.  Maintain and trouble shoot issues as they arise within SuccessFactors and provide user support.  Make recommendations for improvements in functionality and related processes within the system from application to onboarding. Investigate and escalate matters related to the system.  Train Hiring Managers and Field HR on changes.   Be a UGI Corp’s Brand Ambassador to promote careers at UGI Corporation.    Help assist with relationships with local trade schools, colleges, universities, and student groups to create candidate pipelines for future positions.  Participate in career fairs.    Professional representation in job fairs, community events, industry events, and professional association events to promote careers at UGI Corporation and result in hired talent.  Work on special projects as assigned.  Knowledge, Skills and Abilities 4 years minimum experience with full cycle talent acquisition.      Strong experience in talent acquisition processes and procedures.  Strong experience in utilizing various communication methods and social media to promote careers at UGI Corporation.  Strong experience in building and maintaining relationships with trade schools, colleges, universities, and community and social groups.  Strong experience in attracting an inclusive candidate talent pool.  Strong experience with vendor-delivered Applicant Tracking System(s).  Strong oral and written communication skills.  Ability to problem solve and work on multiple priority projects at one time.  Education and Experience Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field strongly preferred.

The pay for this position ranges from $55,200.00 to 73,500.00, depending on circumstances including an applicant’s skills and qualifications, certain degrees and certifications, prior job experience, market data, and other relevant factors. Additional compensation includes eligibility to earn a performance-based bonus or commissions on completed sales.
