We are looking for Talent Acquisition Recruiter to help attract top-tier talent who match our organization’s mission and values. As a Talent Acquisition Advisor, you will work with our HR Business Managers to help meet MSM’s expansion. Building talent pipelines, creating successful talent engagement strategies, and sourcing for uniquely qualified candidates are just a few of the things you will be working on, as you help position Morehouse School of Medicine as the premier career destination.
What You Will Do Have a deep understanding the organization’s current and future staffing needs as it pertains to your area of specialty. Work in a process-orientated, high performing environment driven by historical and evolving data, trends, and analysis. Provide and manage the full spectrum of recruitment sourcing and services for the businesses that make up Morehouse School of Medicine/Morehouse Health Care. Be encouraged by individual and team targets or projects, offering to assist where and when needed. Source and identify qualified applicants for hard-to-fill, and niche positions across multiple channels, both online and off. Strive to build a deeper understanding of all clinical and non-clinical roles at MSM, and of the Talent Acquisition profession, through sponsored training and/or certification. Manage proactive pipelining and candidate care initiatives for functions by leveraging his/her knowledge, skills, abilities and competencies in the talent sourcing/identification discipline For each assigned requisition, present an ample and diverse candidate pool to leadership; one that supports our business’s diversity and inclusion efforts. Through excellent service delivery and expert consultation, gain the trust and confidence of candidates, recruiters, HR, and hiring managers Exercise appropriate discretion in the expenditure of company resources related to the recruiting/sourcing process, ensuring the appropriate risk/benefit and/or return on investment is provided for expenditures For assigned projects, conducts needs assessments with key stakeholders and HR colleagues Executes and maintains talent acquisition processes and related job aids, tools, and communications Reports and tracks key recruitment operational and performance metrics and analytics Delivers process improvements and technology enhancements Supports management of recruiting agency relationships
Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree from a regionally accredited college or university or equivalent years of experience. Minimum of four (4) year’s experience full-cycle recruiting experience. Demonstrated the ability to manage multiple priorities, and perform effectively in a KPI-centric environment. Must be detailed oriented, technologically adept, and comfortable working with various systems, applications, and job platforms. Proficiency with Microsoft/Office 365 products, including: Outlook, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, Word. Proven record of accomplishment in a high requisition volume environment. Demonstrated ability to execute in person, internet, telephone-based research Ability to interact at all levels of the organization and implement targeted sourcing initiatives Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities are essential Strong team contributor and collaborator in all forms (new ideas, team calls, mentoring, training, partnerships with Recruiters and Hiring Managers, etc) Recommendations from current supervisor (for internal candidates) Demonstrate ability in utilizing LinkedIn, Twitter, Google+ and to source talent
Preferred Qualifications Recruiting, sourcing, or related healthcare and/or higher education recruitment experience. Certification(s) in any of the following: PHR, AIRS (CIR, CSSR, ACIR, CSMR, PRC), Six Sigma, PMP, CAPM. Experience recruiting for clinical research positions.

Immunization Immunization Requirements It is MSM’s Immunization policy that all Prospective Employees are required to provide proof that they are vaccinated against COVID-19 prior to commencement of employment. If employment will commence during Flu Season, MSM requires all individuals to provide proof that they are vaccinated against Seasonal Influenza for the current Flu Season, unless granted an exemption.
