Right now, we are experiencing exciting growth across the country and have a rare opportunity to join our National Talent Acquisition team in a part time fixed term role.

This role will work within the National Talent Acquisition team to manage the end-to-end recruitment of roles and will be based in our Cannon Hilloffice (no city commute with free onsite secure parking). You will be involved in all facets of the talent acquisition process including but not limited to strategic sourcing, phone screening, interviewing, candidate management, and offers of employment.

Key Responsibilities

Leading and conducting structured behavioural-based interviews (preferably Targeted Selection) and providing guidance to our Hiring Managers through this process.Management of positions using the applicant tracking system (ATS) for the entire talent acquisition cycleActive candidate management to provide a class leading experienceUse of contemporary sourcing methods to provide candidates for single talent acquisition activities through to large scale sourcing campaignsStrong customer service, business partnership and candidate care management

Skills, Experiences and Qualifications

Solid experience in talent acquisition, preferably technical recruitmentProven highly developed analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent time management skills and ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlinesHas the capability to build effective relationships to influence business leaders and key stakeholdersExperience using strategic sourcing software such as LinkedIn Recruiter etc.
