Talent Acquisition Assistant
Mead & Hunt, a nationwide professional services consulting firm has an exciting opportunity for an assistant to join our fast-paced human resources department. This position is a member of our talent acquisition team and would support all aspects of our recruiting process, including working directly with our talent acquisition partners to draft ads, interview questions and other correspondence, post positions, schedule interviews, prepare interview packets, check references, close positions, and assist with recordkeeping. The ability to maintain confidentiality is absolutely essential. *Please note this position is in office 5 days a week at our West Allis, WI or Middleton, WI location.* The successful candidate will have an associate degree (or higher) in human resources, business administration, or related field; OR, if no degree, must have at least two years of equivalent experience in human resources. The ideal candidate will have any/all of the following: excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills ability to use discretion and independent judgment ability to handle a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines knowledge of software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.) inquisitive & resourceful skills strong writing skills ability to work with a variety of personality types This is a fantastic opportunity for someone interested in HR to get in on the ground floor of a great company!
