This position is a member of our talent acquisition team and would support all aspects of our recruiting process, including working directly with our talent acquisition partners to draft ads, interview questions and other correspondence, post positions, schedule interviews, prepare interview packets, check references, close positions, and assist with recordkeeping. The ability to maintain confidentiality is absolutely essential. *Please note this position is in office 5 days a week at our West Allis, WI or Middleton, WI location.* The successful candidate will have an associate degree (or higher) in human resources, business administration, or related field; OR, if no degree, must have at least two years of equivalent experience in human resources.
