Talent Acquisition Assistant - Fully Remote Job Details Level Entry Job Location Office - Aberdeen, MD Remote Type Fully Remote Salary Range $18.00 - $20.00 Hourly Description Position Title: Talent Acquisition Assistant Status: Part time Location: Remote Compensation: $18 - $20 per hour Supervisor: Talent Acquisition Lead R&R: + Assist with recruiter review of all new applicants + Provide assistance with candidate sourcing and screening + Coordinate interviews between candidate and hiring manager and/or TAS + Update and maintain ATS + Provide administrative support throughout the hiring process + Ensure new hire profiles are accurate + Accrual profile + Schedule group + Required documents completed + Employee photo is uploaded + Chain of command is assigned properly + Attend any and all virtual career fairs (in-person career fairs based on location) + Engage in the development of Nurture Campaigns with TAS + Follow-up with pending hires + Generate leads using social media (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.) + Other duties as assigned Qualifications Qualifications: + Must be located within the Delaware, Maryland and Virginia (DMV) area + Bachelor’s in Business Administration or similar field strongly preferred + 1+ year(s) of Talent Acquisition/ Recruiting experience preferred + A willingness to learn and a passion to grow within a company + Highly motivated and a self-starter + Must have a reliable computer and internet access, along with a quiet space to conduct work from your home.
