This role is crucial to the success of our customer support and marketplace provider teams by recruiting top talents. Working closely with both our US and BD teams this individual will ensure a seamless recruitment process that supports Field Nation’s rapid growth. The Talent Acquisition Associate will partner with hiring managers and talent acquisition professionals to make impactful contributions to the team’s overall success. What you’ll do:Recruit for critical customer support and marketplace provider roles, ensuring timely and quality hires.Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements, prepare and post job advertisements, and manage the entire recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding. You will be responsible for ensuring each candidate has a great experience throughout the process.Work with hiring managers to build job descriptions and define hiring criteria. You’ll dig deep to understand the true needs of each role and identify top talent.Post open positions, schedule interviews and follow up with candidates. Your focus will be on executing the details to ensure a smooth recruitment process.Share Field Nation’s story and highlight the unique aspects of each role. Guide candidates through the interview process and ensure they understand the value of joining Field Nation. Collaborate with US and BD recruiters to source candidates for various roles, actively engaging both passive and active candidates.Assist in the onboarding process to ensure that new employees are set up for success from day one.What you’ll need:Passionate about high-volume recruiting with the ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously.Highly energized and creative, with the ability to think outside the box to attract top talent.Exceptional multitasking skills with a focus on delivering an outstanding candidate experience.Strong skills in attracting passive candidates through proactive sourcing techniques.Skilled negotiator, ensuring offers are extended and accepted with confidence.Thrives in fast-paced, hyper-growth environments.Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.Education and Experience Requirements:Preferably BBA/MBA in HRM or related field from any reputed public or private university.1 year of experience in recruitment, with a passion for learning and growing in the field.Experience in sourcing for positions within the US (preferred)Working Hours:1:00 PM - 10:00 PM (Monday - Friday)Salary Range:BDT 45,000 - 55,000 (Monthly)Other Benefits:Competitive salary based on experience and qualification.Gratuity benefit.Medical Insurance.Profit Sharing Bonus.Festival Bonus.Gym Membership.Career Development Budget.LinkedIn Learning.
