Kforce is working with a client in search of a Talent Acquisition Associate to join their team. This position is full time, direct hire and hybrid on-site only 1-day a week in NYC. Responsibilities: * The Talent Acquisition Associate will source resumes to find qualified candidates for open requisitions * Perform interviews to identify qualified prospects * Work closely with internal partners to identify requirements to drive efficient searches and address requisition needs * Manage numerous job searches for many various roles within the organization * Manage recruiting activity for the entire organization * The Talent Acquisition Associate will partner with internal teams to foster a productive and positive client and candidate hiring experience * Make recommendations to hiring managers on qualified talent resources * Oversee recruiting activities and ensure they comply with requirements and policies
