Our client, a leader in the talent acquisition industry, is seeking a Talent Acquisition Associate to join their team. As a Talent Acquisition Associate, you will be part of the recruitment team supporting various hiring managers. **Job Title:** Talent Acquisition Associate **Location:** Saint Louis, MO (On-site M-TH; Remote Fridays) **Pay Range:** $29.02 per hour **What's the Job?** + Develop and execute tactical sourcing and recruiting strategies aimed at generating candidate flow to meet overall recruiting objectives. + Conduct or participate in strategy planning meetings, resume screening, phone interviews, consensus meetings, interview set-up, and offer process. + Recruit candidates for designated jobs through existing databases, internet search engines, referrals, networking, direct recruiting, job boards, and social media. + Provide exceptional customer service to candidates and hiring teams throughout the recruitment process. **What's Needed?** + Bachelor’s Degree and 1+ years of recruiting/sourcing experience OR High School Diploma and 5+ years of recruiting/sourcing experience. + 1+ years’ experience recruiting (assessment/interviewing) or sourcing candidates preferred. + 1+ years conducting business, project-related, or competitive intelligence research preferred. + Strong communication and interpersonal skills. + Ability to utilize data to present to hiring managers when building recruiting strategies. **What's in it for me?** + Opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment. + Gain valuable experience in talent acquisition and recruitment strategies. + Collaborate with a diverse team of professionals. + Engage in continuous learning and professional development. + Be part of a company that values inclusivity and diversity.
