Responsibilities

Identify problems, collects data, establish facts, and able to conclude the fitness of the candidate. Source and interview candidates for IT/BPO/Shared Service corporate positions Assist in the gathering of data that are needed in the preparation of various recruitment reports Identifies and resolves reporting issues proactively but immediately informs the direct supervisor of any hot issues Able to provide suggestions to improve recruitment business processes. Provide administrative and operational support to various recruitment processes.

Initiate interview coordination, job postings to internal and external websites, maintenance of recruitment mailboxes, collects data and generates reports and conduct Skill Enhancement Training to near-hire applicants. Responsibility may also include update of the Applicant Tracking System with candidate status throughout the recruiting process and provide administrative and operational support to various recruitment processes.
