JOB REQUIREMENTS Education Must be a high school graduate. Experience Minimum of one year clerical experience required. Must have strong customer service skills. Previous computer experience to include knowledge of Microsoft Office required. Physical Normal hospital environment. Close eye work. Hearing of normal and soft tones. Operates computer, typewriter, copier, fax machine, scanner, and telephone. Lifting, carrying, pushing/pulling up to 30 lbs. Frequent sitting, standing and walking. JOB SUMMARY Maintains a well-organized, friendly and customer oriented atmosphere for the Talent Acquisition Center. Performs a variety of clerical duties, makes name badges, answers telephones, emails, and relays messages. Manages the hiring/onboarding process ensuring all pre-employment requirements are completed for new hires, such as drug test, background checks, physicals, and education verification. Coordinates the new hire orientations by assigning online orientation modules, preparing the final list of new hires and submitting IT access requests. Overseeing the Job Shadowing Program by coordinating with students and managers the areas to job shadow. Serves as a backup for the TA Assistant I.
