Talent Acquisition Executive will be responsible to assist in managing the end-to-end recruitment process and develop the recruitment strategy to fulfill the manpower requirement in line with Hyatt brand standards.

Now we are looking for a dynamic, outgoing, and enthusiastic – Talent Acquisition Executive with a strong background and experience in Talent Acquisition or recruitment, talent mapping and talent searching to join our energetic, enthusiastic, and passionate team at Grand Hyatt Bali

Talent Acquisition Executive will be responsible to assist in managing the end-to-end recruitment process and develop the recruitment strategy to fulfill the manpower requirement in line with Hyatt brand standards.

Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Talent management. Minimum 2 years work experience in talent acquisition or recruitment in a luxury international brand hotel. Strong understanding of recruitment cycle and various sourcing techniques. Has a solid background of working in a high demand business environment. Eloquent in English communication in both written and spoken. Computer literate with strong skills in MS Office (Excel, Word , Power Point)Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Talent management.
