Talent Acquisition Business Partner

We have an opportunity for an experienced Talent Acquisition Business Partner to join the Resourcing and Talent Acquisition team in our Brisbane office in Milton.


ABOUT THE ROLE

The Talent Acquisition Business Partner will be responsible sourcing for a national portfolio of high-volume field-based roles for project and shutdown works focusing on Integrated Gas, Energy and Industrial sectors. This role will suit a person who thrives when kept busy with juggling tasks and priorities throughout the day while creating the best candidate experience for our applicants.    

Role responsibilities include, but not limited to:

•    Developing effective sourcing strategies and contributing to quality, diverse and inclusive hiring decisions. 
•    Ensure an excellent candidate experience and management fit for purpose.
•    Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and provide effective recruitment solutions to support business outcomes. 
•    Be the subject matter expert on the end-to-end recruitment process and ensure adherence to the company standard and procedures. 
•    Support the broader talent acquisition team with ongoing recruitment and projects across our division.


ABOUT YOU

•    Experienced with end-to-end blue collar (semi-skilled & trades) recruitment gained within a continuous high-volume environment, previous shutdown recruitment experience is preferred.
•    Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships with candidates, employees, operations and other stakeholders. 
•    Proactive and motivated individual with a high attention to detail and methodical approach to following processes and procedures, with an ability to effectively prioritise tasks and manage their time.
•    Strong sourcing skills with experience in proactively identifying and engaging top candidates through innovative sourcing tools to build candidate pipelines.
•    Systems savvy with proficient MS Office skills and experience with recruitment management systems (Oracle HCM Cloud desirable).
