Location: Clayton, MO

Salary:  $116,000 - $160,000
Schedule: Hybrid schedule available (up to 1 day remote per week)
Relocation Available 

Focus: A highly motivated and experienced Talent Acquisition and Compliance Manager to oversee the talent acquisition process, ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and manage HR data. This role will lead a small team of Talent Specialists in a high-volume high turnover environment, and demands exceptional leadership skills, a keen focus on compliance, and meticulous attention to detail. 

Talent Acquisition Manager Essential Job Functions:

Provide leadership and direction in the daily decision making related to Talent Acquisition, managing company risk and ensuring compliance with all relevant employment laws and company policies. Plan and execute recruiting strategies per job and evaluate and maintain adequate candidate flow. Manage and motivate direct reports, provide feedback, manage and evaluate performance, develop and build employee skills to support professional development and enable employees to optimize their contributions to the department. Collaborate with HR Business Partners to support hiring needs. Drive alignment across the locations to ensure consistent practices, processes and solutions.  Review and compile EEO data and support annual AAP planning. Make sure talent acquisition processes at designated locations are in line with DEIB objectives. Manage relationships with external recruiters and vendors. Track, analyze, and report recruiting metrics to assess and continuously improve performance, efficiency, and capability. In partnership with Corporate Talent Acquisition, oversee Winchester college recruiting program, creating an engaged student pipeline with a focus on diversity and conversion to full time hires.

 Talent Acquisition Manager Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor's degree*; Human Resources or related field strongly preferred. 7+ years of experience in talent acquisition and HR compliance; High volume manufacturing environment strongly preferred.  Prior experience supervising and developing teams. Work experience with an OFCCP regulated employer. Experience managing HR compliance programs and metrics. Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and HR software. Workday experience strongly preferred. Must be able to travel 20% of the time and possess a valid US driver’s license.
