The Talent Acquisition Consultant position is an exciting opportunity for a recruitment professional interested in hiring for our Client Service teams in Greece.

This will be a three-month contract position.

You will be responsible for reporting on the following metrics, including the following: 

Time to hire: 45 to 60 Days.   Pipeline Sourcing  LinkedIn InMail usage and acceptance rate  Interview to offer ratio  Offer acceptance rate 

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

Understand the recruitment needs of the Athens office Sourcing candidates via Greenhouse, our Applicant Tracking System and LinkedIn Recruiter Manage incoming applications and review CVs with hiring management teams Focus on mapping professionals within the industries and building a pipeline Own the candidate process from phone screen to offer stage Supporting the Talent Acquisition Specialist in scheduling interviews, following up with candidates, rejecting candidates and headhunting profiles Manage stakeholder relationships and work closely internal teams

WHAT YOU HAVE:

BA in Human Resources or related field  Minimum of 2 years recruiting experience Experience in sourcing and headhunting Previously worked in a fast paced and growing environment Proven excellence in project management Results focused, continually seeking to exceed expectations Excellent verbal and written communication skills Professionally fluent in English is necessary All applicants must have the right to work in Greece
