Our three early childhood education brands are Childcare Network, Sunrise Preschools, and My Small Wonders. We proudly provide quality care and developmental education to over 30,000 children aged six weeks to twelve years. 

 

We have a great opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Consultant to join our growing company!

 

The Talent Acquisition Consultant develops and leads high-impact talent acquisition initiatives that attract top talent to drive business growth. Aligns talent acquisition initiatives with organizational goals and current and future workforce needs. Assesses external labor market conditions, establish and promote brand to attract quality talent. Builds and maintains strategic relationships with internal and external stakeholders. The Talent Acquisition Consultant will also support talent management strategies and initatives.

Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Develop and execute effective recruiting strategies to proactively search and attract top talent for key positions.Manages end-to-end recruitment process, partnering with business leaders to understand talent needs and delivering superior candidate experience.Build and maintain knowledge of competitive target companies and keep abreast of industry changes and trends.Identify opportunities to increase efficiencies by leveraging technology and available tools.Research and cultivate new and innovative recruiting sources to increase applicant flow and develop talent pipelines.Promote the company’s employer brand and culture through various channels.Track and analyze recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of recruitment strategies.Prepare and present regular reports on recruitment activities and outcomes.Continuously improve recruitment processes based on data-driven insights.
