PRN Position - Day Shift
General Summary
Works closely with Talent Acquisition leadership and hiring leaders to understand the Health System's staffing demand needs and develop a proactive, innovative assessment and recruitment strategy to identify, recruit, select and onboard the industry's top talent. This full cycle recruiting role will manage an efficient demand-schedule process for high volume/entry level and service-related positions. Becomes an industry expert and develop relationships with key leaders. Develops an ongoing candidate relationship management program to effective pipeline and recruit candidates for volume applicant flow roles. Be recognized as a leader and innovator in delivering a customer-centric and efficient candidate experience.

Minimum Education:
Work Experience:
2 years Personnel/staffing or human resources. Required Healthcare experience. PreferredKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Knowledge and application of Federal and State employment laws, regulations and legislation. Utilization of innovative sourcing, screening, and recruitment tools and techniques to recruit quality candidates. Knowledge, experience and training in utilizing structured candidate assessment methodologies (i.e. - behavioral based interviewing) for candidate selection or related experience. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, establish service level agreements and meet and exceed customer expectations. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, influencing, listening, fact finding and problem solving. Ability to effectively build rapport and relationships via the phone. Basic office automation computer skills, Microsoft Office proficiency in Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint. Experience with applicant tracking, HRIS, and/or customer tracking databases to manage data and candidate relationships.
