Our client, an independent non-profit organization, is seeking a temporary to hire Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support their organization in Washington, DC!
Responsibilities:
* Implement a competency-based assessment strategy with well-organized interviewers, evidence-based evaluations, and comprehensive support for candidates and stakeholders.
* Conduct strategic intake meetings with hiring managers to define role-based criteria and document recruitment strategies thoroughly.
* Oversee the entire recruiting process, from screening and interviewing candidates to extending offers within the compensation and hiring guidelines.
* Collaborate with colleagues to manage a diverse portfolio of passive and active job seekers through both inbound talent channels and direct sourcing.
* Maintain accurate documentation on candidates and searches to ensure compliance with Talent Acquisition policies, and support special projects and mentorship as needed.
Qualifications:
* 2+ years of relevant experience are required.
* A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required.
* Experience with various ATS and souring tools.
* Project management and interpersonal relationship sills.
* Ability to achieve success in high-expectations environments.
Position Information:
* Pays $28/hr-$32/hr while temporary.
* $62K-$68K when permanent.
* 3 days/week onsite in Washington, DC.
