Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Talent Acquisition Coordinator to deliver top talent and manage full cycle recruitment, including candidate screening, short-listing, interviewing, and selection. You will partner with sourcing and other TA team members to provide the business with exceptional candidates. This role involves liaising with hiring leaders to create and lead Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion recruitment strategies, guiding and coaching them on all aspects of the hiring process, and assisting stakeholders with conducting on-time, quality candidate reviews and activities. Additionally, you will work with HR professionals and internal HR Centers of Excellence to ensure a positive recruitment experience for all stakeholders and participate in continuous improvement activities.

This position operates in a cubicle environment within an office setting, where you will have your own space but can easily communicate with colleagues for assistance. The role requires five days in the office following a return to work policy initiated on January 1st. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $25.00 - $29.00/hr.
