Position Overview:
The Talent Acquisition Coordinator plays a crucial role in ensuring the efficiency and accuracy of the recruitment process. This position is responsible for auditing the recruitment team’s activities and requisitions, supporting the recruitment team in delivering a positive experience for new hires. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, highly organized, and dedicated to enhancing the recruitment function’s effectiveness.
Responsibilities
Audit recruitment processes and requisitions to ensure accuracy and compliance with organizational standards and policies.
Monitor and review data within the recruitment system to identify discrepancies and rectify issues promptly.
Open new requisitions, ensuring all job details are accurate and complete.
Collaborate with hiring managers if necessary to gather required information and ensure requisitions align with current hiring needs
Assist with generating and analyzing recruitment-related reports for various stakeholders.
When needed, coordinate the background screening process for candidates, including initiating checks and reviewing results.
Support the recruitment team in delivering a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Assist with onboarding new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company
Provide administrative support to the recruitment team, including scheduling meetings and maintaining recruitment documentation.
Maintain up-to-date records and documentation related to recruitment activities.
During periods of high requisition volume, source, screen, and schedule candidates for high-level hourly positions
Assist the field recruiters with managing hiring events and campaign management in the CRM
Act as backup for ATS Administrator

• Associate or bachelor's degree in human resources management or a related field preferred
• 1-2 years’ experience in talent acquisition or human resources
• Communication and organizational skills
• Familiarity with hiring regulations and compliance issue
• Strong executive/professional presence
• Multi-task in a fast-paced, growing environment.
• Problem solves, identify, and implement process improvements.
• Collaboration with multiple stakeholders both internal and external
• Deliver outstanding customer experience.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships across many levels.
• Solid understanding of Office 365 [Excel, Word, PPT, Outlook]
