Our approach is both strategic and creative, driven by a commitment to attracting and nurturing top talent. **Job Duties and Responsibilities** We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support and streamline our recruitment and employer branding efforts. This role will be instrumental in coordinating activities across our University Relations, Employer Brand, and Talent Programs teams. **Key Responsibilities:** + **Candidate Scheduling:** + Coordinate and schedule interviews and candidate interactions + Ensure smooth communication between candidates and interviewers, handling database management and support + **Event Management:** + Assist in planning and executing recruitment events, including career fairs, campus events, and company-hosted events + Manage event logistics such as venue arrangements, materials preparation, and attendee communication + **Social Media Support:** + Support the Employer Brand team in managing and updating social media channels with relevant content + Assist in tracking social media metrics to gauge the effectiveness of branding efforts + **Presentation and Document Preparation:** + Help create and maintain presentation materials using Google Slides for internal and external meetings + Ensure presentations are visually appealing, accurate, and tailored to specific audiences + **Vendor Support:** + Coordinate with external vendors and partners related to recruitment and branding activities + Manage vendor relationships, ensure timely delivery of services, and handle invoicing and administrative tasks as needed + **Administrative and Miscellaneous Duties:** + Provide general administrative support to the Talent Acquisition teams, including handling correspondence and maintaining accurate records + Assist with additional tasks and projects as assigned by the Talent Acquisition leader **Skills, Experience and Requirements** **Education and Experience:** + Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred + 0-2 years of experience in an administrative or coordination role, preferably within recruitment, HR, or related fields **Skills and Qualifications:** + Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving + Flexible and adaptable to changing needs and priorities + Enthusiastic about supporting a dynamic team and contributing to talent acquisition success **Salary Ranges** Compensation: $20.72/Hour - $29.62/Hour **Benefits** We offer versatile health perks, including flexible spending accounts, HSA, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, career opportunities, and a flexible time away plan; all benefits can be viewed here: DISH Benefits . The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location. Candidates need to successfully complete a pre-employment screen, which may include a drug test and DMV check.
