Job Summary
The Talent Acquisition Coordinator plays a pivotal role in supporting our entire Talent Acquisition function. Collaborating with Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, Hiring Managers, and Candidates, the Talent Acquisition Coordinator contributes to our goal of providing a best-in-class hiring experience. This position will serve as the primary administrator and coordinator for all Talent Acquisition support functions.
Essential Functions

Create postings and advertisements for job openings, administering third-party recruitment tools like Indeed, LinkedIn, Zip Recruiter, Handshake, and others. Source candidates for pipeline development and specific open roles. Coordinate and attend career fairs and hiring events, maintaining relationships with trade schools, universities, and other external partners. Maintain talent community boards, including alumni groups for former employees. Administer temporary employment arrangements. Assist the Talent Acquisition team in interview scheduling, candidate communications, and candidate travel booking as needed.Administer and analyze pre-employment paperwork and screenings, reviewing for accuracy and completeness. Maintain and distribute accurate talent acquisition reporting, using the company’s applicant tracking system.Partner with Corporate Communications to ensure a consistent voice in candidate communications.Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
