Job Title: Talent Acquisition Coordinator
Job Description

Support a high volume of moderately complex interviews, including audio, virtual, and onsite interviews. Interface with candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers to coordinate and schedule interviews. Coordinate interview travel for candidates and process and verify candidate and employee expense reimbursement reports for travel expenses. Partner with Human Resources to process new hire onboarding requests. Send out various candidate and hiring manager correspondence, including interview confirmations, interview evaluations, candidate applications, and onboarding materials. Maintain and update a variety of confidential and sensitive electronic and/or hard copy records and/or files primarily in recruiting systems. Participate or lead ongoing process improvement initiatives and projects. Utilize MS Office Suite and other applications, including BrassRing and SAP. Perform other duties as assigned.

This role requires an attentive, detailed-oriented individual who will be responsible for administrative duties, including high volume candidate interview scheduling and managing numerous calendars. The work environment is highly visible and customer service facing, requiring effective communication of schedules and changes. The role also involves the preparation of numerous documents and databases that support the scheduling of candidates and onboarding of new hires.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $28.00
