Talent Acquisition Coordinator
Job Title: Talent Acquisition CoordinatorJob Description Serve as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator subject matter expert, performing and certifying completion of all pre-employment checks and onboarding requirements for all hire types. Ensure timely submission and collection of all new hire paperwork, providing consistent and thorough communication with hiring managers and candidates. Collaborate and communicate effectively with Talent Acquisition Specialists and partner with other departments to ensure an efficient hiring process. Certify an overall successful candidate onboarding experience and verify complete accuracy of all data entry responsibilities. Exhibit organization across all tasks and full ability to follow processes, consistently meeting coordinating metrics. Provide education as needed on the onboarding process, identify process improvement initiatives, and provide solutions. Perform other duties as assigned and/or necessary. The first two weeks will require five days on-site for training. Work hours are from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. Parking is included. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00 Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
